Reflexology
is known also as zone therapy. I offer whole body reflexology.
What happens during sessions?
Therapist asks you basic questions about your personal health and expectations. All the questions are important in order to give you the right treatment.
You will be asked to lay down on your back on the massage table. Its important to wear comfortable clothes to relax your body during treatment.
The treatment starts with your feet, and proceed to other body parts: legs, head, face, ears, hands, shoulders and so on.
During the first sessions you can feel pain in some body zones and areas. These pains are important part of the process, as they tell us about your body problems. At the end of the session these pains turn into comfort.
What should I know before coming to reflexologist?
Please dont use any strong perfumes before treatment, as the patient coming after You, can be oversensitive for perfumes.
There is no need for any special preparations. Comfortable relaxed fit clothing is recommended.
Who and when can take treatment?
There are no age limits. (I do not offer treatments to babies at the moment).
Its recommended to take treatment if you have some health issues, like constipation, migraines, sleeping disorders, stress, menopause disorders, chronic fatigue, neck stiffness, vertigo, back problems, metabolism problems, general pains without explanation.
Reflexology is also perfect treatment for relaxation, and you can come and enjoy it as a new experience.
How often do you need treatment?
There is no specific answer to this question. Sometimes even bigger problems can be treated in 2-3 treatments, and there are situations that need more time. Treatments are personalized according to your needs.
